What is the Belt Dryer Machine?
As a highly efficient drying machine, it utilizes a hot air circulation system. This method effectively reduces material moisture content while preventing the occurrence of a “wet core.” Compared to other dryers, this equipment is more energy-efficient and productive.
High-Efficiency Drying Performance
Traditional unidirectional hot air circulation often leads to uneven drying. Our multi-layer belt dryer employs 360° hot air convection circulation in multiple directions. This ensures more uniform drying throughout the material, with a moisture error rate of less than 2%.
Compared to the tumbling drying method of rotary dryer machine, this equipment offers a gentler drying process. The material is evenly spread across the mesh belt, and moisture is reduced as the belt moves and hot air circulates. Therefore, this equipment is better suited for fragile materials such as feed, dried meat, dried vegetables, and dried fruits.
