For different types of raw materials, there are different crushing devices. Finally, all raw materials are transformed into powdered material with a particle size of 3-5mm, which is convenient for subsequent pelleting.

Drying
This step directly determines the quality and storage life of the final pellets. The drying system will rapidly reduce the moisture of biomass materials to approximately 15% through precise temperature control.

Pelleting

Cooling and Screening
The freshly produced pellets are at a high temperature. They need a cooling device to reduce their temperature and stabilize the structure. A screening system will then remove surface dust and standardize the pellet size.

Packaging
There are typically two packaging methods: wire sealing or plastic packaging. Plastic packaging keeps the product in a sealed state. This prevents the pellets from absorbing moisture for the better storage.

It features a two-layer or three-layer drum design. Its high-capacity design increases output per unit. A burner and hot-air furnace must be installed to supply hot air.

Counterflow Cooler
The pellet cooler reduces the heat and moisture of newly formed pellets, enhancing hardness and stability for storage and transport.

The vibrating screen removes powder and irregular pellets, ensuring uniform final product quality. The screened material can be used for secondary pelletization.

Packaging Scale
