Pelletizing Equipment
We offer a wide range of pellet mills, including ring-die and vertical ring die pellet mill. These machines can produce fuel pellets, animal feed, organic fertilizer, and bedding pellets, among others, to meet a variety of size and formulation requirements.
Biomass Pellet Machine
It can pelletize biomass materials such as straw, wood, rice husks, and grass. A single unit has a production capacity of 0.2–8 T/H, capable of consistently producing densely packed fuel or grass pellets. The length of the pellets can reach 4–5 times their diameter.
Feed Pellet machine
A pellet mill specifically designed for feed production, meeting the needs of poultry, livestock, ruminants, aquaculture, and other feed at 1 to 40 T/H capacities and higher. You can flexibly adjust the formula to produce palatable and easily digestible feed pellets.
Fertilizer Pellet machine
This equipment can pelletize animal manure, compost, biomass waste, organic waste, and other types of waste. It has a production capacity ranging from 1 to 26 T/H. The pellets measure 6-12 mm in diameter and provide a steady supply of nutrients to the soil.
Bedding Pellet Machine
This pellet machine uses biomass materials such as wood chips, rice husks, and crop straw to produce bedding pellets with excellent water absorption and high comfort. With a production capacity of 0.2–40 T/H, it is suitable for pets, poultry, cattle, horses, and other animals.

Extrusion Equipment
We offer animal feed extruders in both single-screw and twin-screw designs. They can be used to produce aquaculture feed, pet food, livestock and poultry feed, and puffed grains, among other products. Our custom solutions can meet production capacity requirements ranging from 0.2 to 12T/H and beyond.
Aquatic Feed Extruder
This extruder is suitable for producing various types of aquatic feed, such as fish, shrimp, and crab feed. The twin screw extrusion machine can accommodate a wider range of formulations and density needs. Floating feed can remain intact on the water surface for more than 12 hours.
Pet Food Extruders
We offer extruders suitable for producing high-protein, high-fat expanded pet foods, such as cat food and dog food. These pellets are highly cooked, which benefits pet health. Palatability and nutritional content can be enhanced by spraying liquid additives such as fats and nutrient liquids.
Livestock and Poultry Feed Extruders
This equipment is specifically designed for producing extruded livestock and poultry feed, suitable for animals such as chickens, cattle, sheep, and pigs, to improve feeding performance. It can accommodate high grain content and produce pellets in a variety of sizes.
Whole Grain Extruders

Raw Material Processing Equipment
We offer a wide range of raw material processing equipment, including cleaning, bale breaking, chipping, crushing, and mixing machines. These units meet various processing standards and are widely used in the processing of agricultural and forestry resources, feed production, and pelletizing needs. We can provide you with customized solutions and complete processing systems.
Crushing System
We offer complete crushing systems, including preliminary chipping, shredding, bale breaking, as well as fine hammer mills, pellet crushers, and ultra-fine grinders. These systems can process materials of various sizes, including feed materials, high-fiber and other difficult-to-process materials. The resulting particle size ranges from 0.3 to 40 mm. The crushed feed size is 60–300 mesh.
Mixing System
Mixers come in various capacities and designs and are used to blend raw materials of different textures and shapes, including granular, powdered, flaked, lumpy, and viscous materials. As a result, they are commonly used in feed production, pelletizing applications, and other large-scale manufacturing operations.
Drying System
We offer rotary dryer machine and belt dryer machine. They are suitable for drying fibrous, lumpy, and powdered biomass and organic fertilizer raw materials. For feed pellets, food and fragile raw materials, we recommend the gentler mesh belt drying method. You can adjust the drying time based on the moisture content of the materials.
Spraying System
This series of equipment is commonly used in the production of animal feed, aquaculture feed, and pet food. It includes paddle-type, drum-type, simple-type, and vacuum spraying systems. They can uniformly spray oils and heat-sensitive substances onto the surfaces of powders, pellets, crushed feed, and puffed materials.
Cooling System
Counter-current coolers rapidly cool and set pellets in an energy-efficient manner, extending shelf life. The temperature of the cooled pellets does not exceed room temperature by more than 3–5°C. The high-capacity design increases output per unit. We offer discharge methods such as flip-type and impeller-type to minimize pellet loss.
Screening System
We provide raw material cleaning equipment and pellet screeners. This includes powder cleaning screens, pellet cleaning screens, vibrating screens, pellet grading screens, and pulse dust collectors. They remove impurities such as metal shavings, sand, gravel, and plastic from the material, ensuring product purity and a clean production environment.
Packaging System
Both the pellet and powder packaging and weighing systems are fully automated, integrating weighing and packaging into a single process. Packaged material is available in bags weighing 10–50 kg. You can choose from heat sealing, stitching, or a combination of sealing methods. This system reduces labor costs and ensures efficiency.

Auxiliary Production Systems

This includes bucket elevators, Z-type bucket elevators, screw conveyors, underground scraper conveyors, belt conveyors, and more. They are suitable for various production scenarios and material types.
Biomass burner
This equipment provides a heat source for the rotary drum dryer by burning materials. It is connected to a hot air furnace. The feed requirements are 2cm wood chips, straw powder, hay powder, rice husks, sawdust, etc.
Filter Systems
These systems are commonly used in crushing operations to filter dust-generating materials. When used in conjunction with airlock valves, they facilitate material discharge within the production section while preventing material leakage.

This innovative ring die features a scientifically designed hole pattern that improves pellet formation rates and ensures consistent output per unit. Made of alloy steel and treated with carburizing heat treatment, it offers superior wear resistance and durability. Standard inner diameters range from 250 to 762, capable of producing pellets with diameters ranging from 2 to 12 mm.
Ring Die
We offer extruder dies in a variety of specifications to help you produce puffed feed pellets with diameters ranging from 0.6 to 8.0 mm. These dies feature a simple design for easy replacement and can be used with a pressure-boosting die assembly to ensure consistent feed output and product quality.

This is a dual-roller system for pelletizers, also constructed from wear-resistant alloy steel and treated with carburizing heat treatment. The width of the working area varies depending on the type of pelletizer, allowing it to accommodate different types of raw materials and achieve optimal extrusion results.
Hammer Blades
These are hammer blades for hammer mills. The body is made of No. 45 steel, while the hammer heads are made of carbide. The entire unit is hard and wear-resistant, capable of processing high-fiber forage, straw, grains, and other materials. Using these hammer blades improves crushing efficiency and extends operational life.

10T/H Biomass Pellet Mill For Sale to USA
We provided a high-throughput wood chip pellet production solution for a U.S. client. The pelletizing system consists of four wood chip pellet mills equipped with large-diameter ring dies, producing wood chip pellets with a diameter of 6–8 mm. The pellets meet environmental standards and are primarily used for combustion in industrial boilers.
10 T/H Feed Pellet Mill For Sale to Afghanistan
This was a turnkey project for a chicken feed manufacturing plant. We supplied a high-capacity chicken feed pellet making machine equipped with a single-layer conditioner, along with the corresponding batching system, mixer, and bagging scale. The client not only produces pellet feed but can also use this solution to process powdered and crushed feed.
5–6 T/H Twin Screw Extruder machine for Sale Russia
This project is a fish feed production line. For this project, we provided the client with a twin screw fish feed extruder, primarily for producing floating fish feed.
