Crushing: Silage materials typically contain high levels of fiber. This process crushes fibrous materials and grains into a powdery consistency with a particle size of 0.5-0.8 mm or less.

Cleaning: Equipped with raw material cleaning equipment to thoroughly remove impurities from the silage powder, ensuring feed purity.

Mixing: Various raw materials are mixed uniformly to facilitate pelletizing. If you only require powder, the following three process stages are not necessary.

Pelletizing: A silage feed pellet machine is installed here. You can select different numbers of conditioning stages and ring die hole diameters to produce standardized silage pellets of various sizes.

Cooling: After pelleting, the silage feed enters the cooler, where cold air convection rapidly cools and sets the pellets, helping to extend their shelf life.
