What is the husk pellet machine ?

As an industrial-grade machine, our husk pelletizer is equipped with a ring-die pelletizing system. It delivers higher output per unit and meets stricter pelletizing standards. It has been specially designed and optimized for pelletizing various husk raw materials.

Efficient Pelletizing Capability

This pelletizer can process raw materials into pellets with a diameter of 4–12 mm. Thanks to its dual-roll structure and unique cutting mechanism, the pellet length can reach 4–5 times the diameter. To address the issue of wear and tear common in shell pelletizers, we have designed an alloy ring die and roll system. This offers greater wear resistance than stainless steel, thereby reducing maintenance costs.

For lightweight materials such as rice husks, peanut shells, and sunflower seed shells, this equipment is equipped with an anti-bridging feeding mechanism. This ensures smooth feeding and improves production efficiency. Although the equipment incorporates multiple innovative technologies, its structure is simple and easy to operate. Even workers without professional experience can master its use with ease.

Double-shaft crusher
