Efficient Pelletizing Capability
The machine employs a dual-layer drum design, using drum rotation and hot air circulation to dry the material. As a large-scale industrial machine, it occupies a significant amount of floor space and is ideal for large-scale drying operations. For applications with limited space, we have also designed a three-layer drum dryer.
For ease of adjustment of the drying level, there is a variable frequency drive and a thermometer on the equipment. Due to the high-temperature drying environment inside, a spark detection and fire suppression system has been specifically installed. This helps prevent fires and ensures production safety.
The rotary drum dryer is ideal for drying fibrous, lumpy and agglomerated powdered biomass materials. It is fitted with lifting plates inside to effectively lift the material and enhance the drying effect. For materials requiring pelletization, it can easily reduce their moisture content to the ideal range of 15–18%.

This rotary dryer machine offers high operational efficiency. It can dry a wide variety of materials, including wood chips, sawdust, grass meal, and rice husks. Innovative Structural Design

Support Roller
The device serves to secure and support the drum. Both the roller rings and guide wheels are made of cast steel, offering high hardness and wear resistance to provide excellent support.

Drum
Typically, the drum features a double-layer design. To save space and improve drying efficiency, we have also designed a triple-layer drum. The thickness of a single layer is 15 mm.

Material-Lifting Blades
These blades, 6 mm thick, are arranged in a spiral pattern along the inner and outer walls of the drum. As the drum rotates, they continuously lift the material to achieve better drying.

Fan
This unit is installed at the rear of the drum dryer machine to provide airflow and extract the dried material. This method facilitates material discharge. The fan in a three-drum dryer is larger.
